Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how to cancel an order, obtain a refund, or return a purchase made on ghcz666.com. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

We sell online education planning courses and advisory services. The Essential Course is delivered entirely online and includes no physical goods. The Education Planning Camp includes online courses plus a Blue Book gift box and six printed handbooks, which are shipped and can be returned.

2. Refunds at a glance

3. How to request a refund

1. Email director@aliu-edu.com or call +852 5420 1742.
2. Include your order reference, the course name, the date of payment and the reason for the request.
3. We contact you within 12 hours. If no agreement is reached, the refund process starts the same day and the refund is completed within 3 calendar days.

No reason is required to cancel before a course starts — the request alone is enough.

4. How refunds are paid

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method (Alipay, WeChat Pay, Onerway, Visa or Mastercard). We cannot refund to a different account or card.
• Once approved, we instruct the refund to the payment provider within 2 business days.
• Your bank or wallet provider normally credits the funds within 5–10 business days. This final step is outside our control.
• Refunds are issued in the original currency (CNY) for the original amount. We do not deduct an administration fee.
• Any difference caused by exchange-rate movement or by fees charged by your own bank or wallet is not reimbursed.

5. Returning printed materials

The Blue Book gift box and printed handbooks shipped with the Planning Camp are handled as follows:

• Unopened: may be returned together with the refund; return shipping is paid by us;
• Opened and used: the cost of the materials (CNY 199) is deducted from the refund;
• Damaged or incomplete on arrival: tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will send a free replacement — this is not treated as a return.

6. When a refund is not available

• the course has been fully delivered and matches the description on the website;
• a live class was missed without prior notice;
• the request is based on an admission decision, examination result, scholarship, visa or residency outcome — these are decided independently by third parties and are not a defect in the service (see section 7 of our Terms);
• the request is made after the periods stated above;
• we have ended the engagement because of serious breach, forged documents or misrepresentation.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within a few days. If you raise a chargeback with your bank or wallet provider instead, we will provide the transaction records and evidence of the service delivered to the payment provider. Services already delivered remain payable.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under the laws of Hong Kong, including rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Where a statutory right applies to your situation, it prevails over this policy.
