These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the client") and ALiu Education Consulting (HK) Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its registered office at the address stated above. They apply to every course and service purchased through ghcz666.com, and to any related communication between you and us.

By placing an order or paying for a course, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website or purchase our services.

In short: we provide online education planning courses and advisory services. Prices are stated in CNY, the amount shown is the amount payable, payment is one-time and never auto-renews, courses are fully refundable before they start, and we promise no particular admission or examination outcome. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

1. About us

We provide education planning training and advisory services, including live and recorded courses, written planning materials, professional assessments and one-to-one consulting. We are a training and advisory business. We are not a school, not an admissions agent acting for any institution, and we do not provide accredited education, degrees or academic credit.

2. The services

The courses we offer, their prices and the deliverables included in each package are those described on the Programs page at the time of your order. That description forms part of these Terms.

  • 3-Day Education Planning Essential Course (CNY 199.00) — three live sessions, real-time Q&A, a parent community and completion gifts.
  • Education Planning Camp, Companion Program (CNY 3,980.00) — 30+ hours of recorded system courses, the Blue Book gift box with six printed age-based handbooks, six professional assessments, a one-to-one phone diagnosis, six weeks of companion communities and free future course upgrades.

The services are delivered online. The Planning Camp additionally includes printed materials delivered by courier. Delivery methods and timeframes are set out in the Delivery Policy.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in Chinese yuan (CNY) and are inclusive of tax. The amount displayed on the website is the total amount payable; we do not add set-up, service or administration fees.

Payment is made through the methods listed on this website: Alipay, WeChat Pay, Onerway, Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number or your wallet credentials.

Your order takes effect, and our obligation to deliver begins, only when the payment provider confirms receipt of the full amount. If a payment is reversed, charged back or found to be fraudulent, we may suspend the services and recover payment for what has already been delivered.

Any fee charged by your own bank, card issuer or wallet provider for cross-border or currency conversion is your responsibility and is not reimbursed by us.

4. Course start, rescheduling and cancellation

  • Recorded courses are activated within 1 business day of payment; access links and account details are sent to the phone number or email address you provide.
  • Live courses run to a published schedule, confirmed before the start date. If we have to move a date because of low enrolment or lecturer availability, we notify you in advance and offer either an alternative date or a full refund.
  • You may cancel before a course starts and receive a full refund.
  • Requests made after a course has started are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Refunds

The conditions, calculation, process and payment timeline for refunds are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refund requests are never delayed or concealed.

6. Your responsibilities

So that we can deliver the services properly, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information about the student (age group, school year, learning situation) so that we can place them in the right age-based content;
  • attend live sessions at the notified time, with a working internet connection and device;
  • treat lecturers and other participants with respect, and refrain from abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behaviour;
  • use the course and materials for your own family's private, non-commercial purposes, and not record, resell or publish them.

If you seriously or repeatedly breach these obligations, or ask us to help with forged documents, sitting examinations on a student's behalf, or misrepresenting academic records, we may end the engagement without refund.

7. No guarantee of outcome

Our services consist of professional training and advice. Admission decisions, scholarship awards, examination results, and visa or residency decisions are made independently by the schools, examination bodies and government authorities concerned. We do not guarantee that any student will be admitted to a particular school, awarded a scholarship, achieve a particular score, or obtain any visa or residency outcome.

Any example, case study or past result referred to on the website or in a course describes past experience only and is not a promise of a similar result.

8. Intellectual property

The intellectual property in the course content, materials, planning tools, templates, handbooks and other documents belongs to us or to the relevant rights holder. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own family's private use. You may not copy, adapt, resell, publish or distribute them without our prior written consent. The text, layout and design of this website are protected in the same way.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities, loss of profit or loss of reputation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Personal data

We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you have. Our handling of personal data follows the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above, is the version in force. Changes apply to orders placed after the update; an order you have already paid for continues to be governed by the Terms in force at the time of payment.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

All claims and disputes connected with these Terms shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

13. Contact us

Questions about these Terms, an order or a refund should be sent to director@aliu-edu.com or raised by telephone on +852 5420 1742. Full contact details are on the Contact Us page. We normally reply within 2 business days.
